The estate dates back to the 19th century and is divided into three buildings in a typical regional configuration.
The main house of the past (gîte "La Forge") is on three floors with its bolet: covered outside porch. Traditionally, the living quarters were on the first floor and the ground floor was dedicated to the cellar.
This Quercinois house was completed with a stable (small gîte), a barn (main house today) whose roof slopes are characteristic of the region.
The architectural ensemble includes a magnificent dovecote.
